Good Neighbor Volunteers ages 16 and up
Good Neighbors are considerate, empathetic, and respectful toward others and their ways of life. They are dependable and supportive individuals who exemplify the principle of loving one's neighbor as oneself.
Good Neighbor Volunteers offer essential support to our youth, patrons, and staff by assist homeless individuals and marginalized families with free showers and laundry services, in addition to helping to restore the Mitchell-McClelland Ballfield and community gardens in Ravenna, Ohio.
Contributing to neighborhood beautification projects and plan, organize, and facilitate four seasonal civic engagement events each year, including sports and resource distributions.
We welcome volunteers to participate in programs with our youth, patrons, and their families through our multi-generational sports and family events. Earn certificates and hands-on experience that can enhance your employment credentials or count towards service hours for high school or college.
